Less stress, more living
I’m talking at Wilderness Festival in UK’s beautiful Oxfordshire. I love that festival. We’re talking about Modern Living: Less stress, more living.
Life is tricky. Stress is the main killer of our time. So many people have it. Yet most of us have very few tools to deal with it. As I see more of life, I notice that so many people have to get to crisis point and have a melt down in order to tackle balance and finding another way, a new way. Resistance to changing the way things are – even if it’s not right – is so hard to do.
We all need to look at balance. Reducing our stress. Making life simpler. Changing old habits that no longer serve us. Breathing. Taking time.
And maybe it’s women who have to take the lead on this to make these changes. We take on being the saviours, the jugglers, the multi-taskers and we do have the power to show up and be the change we want to see.
Looking forward to a great discussion on this topic at Wilderness this weekend. Come by and see us.
